Our Moscow-based corporate practice is one of the oldest international corporate practices in Russia.
Our Moscow office, with nearly 30 legal professionals qualified to practice US, English and Russian law, helps Russian companies access US, UK and other equity and debt capital markets around the world, and assists Russian corporate clients as well as multinationals and other foreign investors on all aspects of their business ventures in Russia.
Our Russian practice advises on a wide range of transactional matters, such as capital markets, M&A, private equity, fund formation, lending, restructuring and derivatives. We also advise on international dispute resolution and employment matters.
We have industry-focused Russian law expertise in energy, subsoil and real estate matters. Our Moscow office also has extensive experience working on transactions in such other diverse sectors of the Russian economy as financial services, TMT, agriculture, FMCG, utilities, manufacturing, transportation, infrastructure and pharmaceuticals.
Our Moscow office also advises on cross-border securities offerings, M&A and private equity transactions involving Ukraine, Central Asia and other parts of the former Soviet Union.
